Victoria is a hardworking agent with enormous drive, energy and ambition. “My focus is on delivering the very best service,” she says. Beginning her career in 1999, Victoria now holds the position of Director and Licensed Estate Agent at Absolute Property Management.

An evident ‘people-person’, Victoria enjoys the engaging social aspect of her work and is highly skilled in the art of listing, leasing, selling and managing real estate transactions. “I never tire of the diversity of my work”, she explains. “I really enjoy meeting new people and assisting them with life changes. It’s very satisfying and rewarding and I’m always learning new things”

Victoria’s greatest professional ambition was to one day become a business owner in Real Estate and today this ambition has become a reality.

Formerly, Impact Property Management Group, the business was established alongside her Identical Twin Sister, Elizabeth Alessandrello, together they bring with them more than 30 years of managing multi million dollar property portfolios and cash transactions.

Victoria enjoys spending her free time, reading, exercising and holidaying with her family.
